Failure is the first step towards success

Let this post give us all some self-help motivation to succeed in life.

I have always read in school calendar quotes, english textbooks-moral of the story, self-help books, renowned and famous CEO's speech that failure is the first step towards success. And all my life, I have been taught by my elders, mentors, peers and surrounding that failures are not the end of life, that you should embrace your failures with open arms. To be honest, it's nice to hear these words only if you are not at the receiving end of it. No one likes to taste it but will encourage the ones who tasted it to not give up.

I have faced failures in my life. I am not only talking about academic failures but also failures in relationship, friendship, hobbies, health, etc. Society constitutes failures with academics, marriage, children and everything apart from your ownself. Many of us don't like scratch that hate these shackles of standard but follow it because we are in society. Even if we don't want to follow these standards, our parents follow it. I am not judging any parent here, because I myself have very supportive parents but we can't deny the fact they don't rule their life on their own rules but on society's rules. I don't know about others but I feel like my whole world is finished when I face a failures which has the power to shake my foundation. I cry, weep, undermine myself, curse myself, make stupid decisions to countereffect my failure. People reading this post maybe say I am being stupid to let a failure run my life but this is the reality. All can't be cut out of the same cloth. Some choose to fight, some choose to flight. I did choose to fight but time and time you feel this urge to stop fighting. The urge to just give up and choose to flight. But life is anything but easy.

I won't let my failures bring the worst out of me. I will fight them whenever I have to. Whatever it takes. I took some time and scrutinized my actions and its reactions. It genuinely helps. I am telling you all to take that time and search where you fail. Pickup your tools and create a new strategy to overcome it. For some one failure is enough, for some it is not. It's completely on you whether to face to multiple failures and take a concrete path or one lesson is enough. Also I might add, the reason for facing a failure in my case was procrastination and inconsistency. 'LAZY BOO' is cute nickname but don't let it be a part of your personality.

I think self-help posts should only be on weekend and not all week.
