We all have been through the phase where we try to shrug off our tasks for the next day, the coming Sunday, the start of the month or 1st day of the year. Why? There is no specific reason as to why we do it. Personally, I do it because, I think a new day will make me more productive than starting the task at the end of the day and I think you some of you will also agree to it. We all know what we always do. The very thing which we all love 'Procrastination'.
Everyone loves to watch Bollywood movies, na? If any of my readers are from India, I would like to recommend that you watch some Bollywood films. Old School Romance kya hai? At least for Bollywood fans, it's the first meet where everything blurs out except your girl/guy and background music, getting gifts and flowers, writing letters to each other, meeting in secret hideouts, gajra lana, movie dekhne jaana. I summed up almost all the gestures, and the same goes for the rest of the world.
Delulu is the only solulu is our mantra but alas, we can't always stay in delusion forever. At one point of life, we need to get out of the delusion but what if we get the option to stay in our delulu world? Have you guys ever thought about this? Humans have creative mind, so have you ever thought if your delusional and imaginary world can come into reality, where you are the main character?

In today's world, we are told to keep our emotions at bay, because people will take advantage of it. If you are chirpier than others, you will be a soft target for others. They will use your emotions against you. There was a certain period of time in my life when I thought the same. That certain period was the result of disappointment and getting hurt over trivial things (ofc, trivial for others, important for me). I used to notice my peers around me didn't consider me a friend even after I cared for them, put in efforts to make them feel comfortable and be there for them without any expectation.
I don't know how to start with this topic. I just chose this topic when my friend gave me a list of topics to write. According to Google, in its purest sense, individuality refers to a person's unique characteristics, including their personality, beliefs, values, and experiences, that distinguish them from others. I think not all of us can agree to this definition. In today's world, embracing your individuality means molding your personality, beliefs and values according to the social media's do's and don'ts.
Honestly speaking, I don't know how to start this post. It's very hard for to write down what I once felt in my life. I had this friendship which I never thought would fade away with time. I never thought I will survive my life without him. He was always there for me, supported my decisions, held me when I broke down, bitched with me about others. In short, he was my go to person for everything and anything. Be it gossip, problems or just hang out with. He was a keeper, guys.
First dates are supposed to be most important for everyone. The endless jittery and excitement of going a date, waiting in anticipation for the D-day, creating scenarios in your mind about the date, thinking about what you will talk. Sounds very cliche to you all? But it's something Bollywood and Books have shown us all our life. Be it, girl or guy, everyone expects something special, something magical in their first date.
Let this post give us all some self-help motivation to succeed in life.
We all come across a phase in our life when we just want to be alone. Be in a no contact world which is a very very small part of the real world outside. Rather I should say we all live in our delululu world. I have experienced this phase called soltitude. Sach batao toh kaafi acha lagta hai yeh phase! I generally watch web series, read books and dive into fictional world characters, pen my thoughts down, and ofcourse, watch TMKOC. I also try to have some self-reflection days to analyse where I stand in my life and what I have to do to work on my short comings. Now, many will disagree saying, yeh sab toh bolne ki baat. Koi nahi karta. Before I forget, I also ghost people in this phase. To say the least, it's amazing feeling. You think you are not liable to reply people, talk with them, listen them but sadly, we are liable. Ab aur kuch toh yaad nahi aa raha hai. You can fill the rest in comment section.
Humans are the most sensible and logical beings in the ecosystem. When we are born, we get some relations in the form of heritage but we choose our friends and peers. They are the ones with whom we spend our whole day in the outside world. Then, there is one in billions with whom we share all our secrets, crushes, jokes and problems, with whom we bare our real self- our best friend. Without a best friend, one can't imagine his/her life to function. Who is difficult to find but once found is hard to replace in life. Friendship is a deal in which we exchange love, care, affection, happiness, efforts, pain, sadness, instead of money. If one party breaks the deal, the other party suffers a major setback, which they may not ever overcome. Friendship is all about giving efforts and cherishing efforts made by your friend to build a space specifically made by you, for you and to be with each other. One may find my thoughts a bit absurd, they may not align with your thoughts and may state that it's a false application. Heck even I don't align with these thoughts sometimes. It's completely alright, because everyone has a different perception. With the consistent efforts and cherishing friendship, we fall into that stage of friendship where all of the above is not an obligation to be fulfilled but a natural instinct we get from within. Where there is no filter, no act, nothing, just ourselves. Where there is no place for validation or assurance from any of the parties involved. Best friend is that cameo in your life story who is always behind you. No matter what happens. I have never been in love. I do know the love we have for our parents, our siblings, our friends, our most priced possession but never been in love with the one who will be my soulmate? Idk about soulmate but I want that guy to be my mirror. In front of the mirror, we don't need to put on a mask or hide our feelings, we are bare n vulnerable in front of it. I need my guy to make me so comfortable that I can show him my vulnerability. I can show him my ugliest and darkest sides hidden well within me. I won't ask him to do all the things listed below but would want him to try for me just like I will try for him. I need him to be honest and loyal to me, the rest of the qualities may be lacking but these two shouldn't. I need him to not judge me which I expect from him but everyone. I need him to guide me when I am wrong (can even scold me). He doesn't take my muffat and outspoken nature as ill-mannered n brat behaviour. He can handle all my mood swings n antics. He understands when I need space and respects it. He understands my obsession with books & fictional men and enact scenes from those books (greedy me, hehehe). In short he accepts me as I am. It's not only about me. I will respect his wishes and perspective as well. I will try my level best to understand him n his issues. I will try to be his comfort pillow when he is low or wants to cry, when he wants to get a hug from me. I will also try to understand his mood swings n moments n support him. Yeh sab toh mein karungi uske liye ya voh mere liye karega. Ab baat karte hai dhoke ki!
